Lynn's Comments: In the company truck was a radio that monitored Police reports. My son heard that there had been an accident and he was one of the first on the scene. He took out his camera and began to photograph the accident.
Lynn's Comments: I rarely did a really serious story, but this was something I wanted to say. We often drive by an accident, curious to see what happened, but not wanting to be involved. Truck drivers wrote to me to thank me for showing them in a good light. They are often the first to respond to an accident. They look out for each other and for everyone else on the road as well.
Lynn's Comments: If you don’t live in Ontario, Canada—or any other place where a block heater is a necessary winter appliance, you won’t know the nuisance and embarrassment of forgetting to unplug the thing when you drive away.
Lynn's Comments: I have done this several times. What surprised me most is that none of the people who accepted the meal ever ordered more than they could eat. They asked for enough to fill their need at the time and were always gracious and dignified.
