Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1 \u00bd cups graham cracker crumbs
\n1\/3 cup melted butter
\n1 tbsp. granulated sugar (or brown sugar is yummy too!)
\n1 container (250g) of light or regular cream cheese at room temperature
\n\u00bc cup sugar
\n\u00bd tsp of vanilla
\n\u00bd – 1 tsp of almond extract or amaretto (depending on how much you like almond flavour!)
\n4 cups (or more) of fresh, sliced strawberries (yummy with fresh raspberries, too!)
\n\u00bc cup seedless strawberry jam
\nsliced almonds for garnish<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar and pat, evenly into a lightly greased pie plate.<\/li>\n
  2. Bake at 10 min. at 350\u00b0. Or, you can cheat, and use a pre-made graham cracker pie crust.<\/li>\n
  3. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and almond extract. Once pie crust has cooled, gently spread mixture over bottom of crust.<\/li>\n
  4. Make a pretty arrangement with the strawberries on the top of the filling. Mix jam until it is smooth and drizzle over berries.<\/li>\n
  5. Garnish around the edge with sliced almonds.<\/li>\n
