Your cartoon today showed Elly standing in a long line with the 3 kids waiting to see Santa. She was telling Michael to stop complaining..I knew how tired she would be at days end with all the energy it takes to get 3 kids to Santa..and how tired the children would be..I was thinking about that, then noticed the baby with her finger in her nose..thatwonderful realistic bit of humor was priceless. You made my day. Thanks to all of you. I look forward daily to For Better or For Worse! Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays.

I would like to spill my beans about the "slow cooker" strip. Elly is probably yelling at the cooker to hurry up because she wants the delicious food that is in it. I myself have been overwelmed by the smells of the food that I have put in my slow cooker, and waited impatiently for it to be finished. And yes, I have yelled at my cooker to hurry up so I could eat. It's not a bad way to cook food, the flavors all meld together and it does make it hard to wait for it all to be finished.
You know you have a great comic strip when you can get so many responses to a day's printing. Keep up the great work, Lynn! You always make me smile.

Thank you for the years of enjoyment you have given us. My daughter will call me at times long distance to laugh or cry with me over one of your strips. They are so true to life around us and your humor fantastic. Please keep drawing.
