I have been a reader (and fan) for years. I like the strip no matter what but I catch myself wondering if we'll ever hear from the 'future' characters again. Any chance of popping in now and then?

AARRGGHH! I've loved this strip for years, then we had to move to Arkansas for work-related reasons near the end of August 2008, and I had to miss the good stuff with Liz and Anthony because the paper here doesn't carry good strips like this one, just weird ones! I need closure--what happened at the end of Liz's story????? Will they be back?

I sort of liked the classic strip that appeared today where Elly told Mike it wasn't okay to curse. I just had one little problem with it, though; it would have worked better if Elly had said "I know you hear other kids use swear words" instead of mentioning that he'd picked them up from the adults in his vicinity. It's been my experience that adult watch their language around impressionable children so if Mike, who's pretty much housebound, is picking up profanity from adults, we know which two he's doing it from: Mom and Dad!!! That means Elly and John have got to watch their language, right?

I am a very huge fan! I started reading this strip at the age of 6. This strip not only jump started me into reading, it gave me a passion to read! I feel as if the Pattersons are close family. I'm very sad that the story has ended, but it ended perfectly!!! My mother and I both cried when we found out there was to be no more new strips. However, I'm also excited that the story has started over. Now I get a chance to catch the seven years I have missed! I look forward to purchasing the collection books and reading the strip on a daily basis. This has also became my favorite website... I can not stop playing the games and play them in my spare time. Thank you Lynn for supplying such a wonderful story with amazing artwork.
