I have been reading your comic strip for a long time. I am now 30 getting ready to get Married in June.I will also be gaining a step son on that day. I just would like to comment that I love your stip. Even after reading the comments from people that complain I know that your stip is wonderful and I am glad that you are doing a re-write so I can read it from the begning.

I just wanted to say that I hope when people complain or dislike something that you wirte...even though it is a comic and a percepective of what we see. That you know you are doing a wonderful job and show things that a lot of women and men feel. Love your stip and I am so glad that I am finally commenting.

I agree with Jeff from Concord, MA. I like to read comments directed to Lynn and her staff. I have followed FBorFW since my two children were in high school and they are the same ages as Michael and Elizabeth. I read with interst the day that April was born in a blizzard. I really love this strip and it is the only one I read.

I have been a huge fan of your strip and the cartoon since i was a kid one of my favorite stories is when Liz loses her bunny. Not sure why but its always stuck in my mind. I think it is incredible how you seem to easily draw everyday life into your strip. You hit on such touchy subjects and always seem to give them the right kind of life to ease the mind. Thank you so much for sharing all this with the world.
Best Wishes to you and your family.

I generally like the strip fix but today's entry seems out of place. John is talking about his colleague being out of date in his thinking, but John is discussing this with an employee in front of a patient. That's a no-n0.

I am writing to voice my objection to the way my dentist, Dr. John Patterson, has treated me. First, I got the distinct impression he was ignoring me while I was describing my symptoms to him. Then, while he was working on me, he was having a very inappropriate conversation with his hygienist, regarding Dr. Ted McCauley (or McCaulay--the spelling seems to keep changing). I guess Dr. P assumed I couldn't hear him, between the music and the nitrous, but I could!
Later on, I had an appointment with Dr. M, and I told him what his colleague says about him during dental procedures, when he is supposed to be concentrating on his work!
