Some Coffee Talk housekeeping

Greetings, folks. We've been running Coffee Talk for nearly a year now, and in that time we've accumulated some Frequently Asked Questions and some topics that need addressing. Here they are!

1. We are sorry if your messages haven't been posted. Please don't take it personally; at this point we're receiving many, many submissions a day and we just can't post them all. Please don't give up, though - we do try to make sure everyone gets heard, and we read every submission.

2. Every month, we choose one lucky winner and send him or her a Coffee Talk mug - whether or not the winner's post actually made it to the website. So you're entered in the draw either way, so long as you keep submitting your comments. If you think you're a mug winner but you haven't received the notification email from us, please drop us a line at customerservice@entercomcanada.com - we would have emailed you to say you won, however some email providers have aggressive spam filters and our mail might not have arrived, especially if you're a user of AOL, Verizon, or Earthlink.

3. You can increase your odds of having your comment posted if you:
- avoid swearing or abusive language
- check your spelling; a few typos and errors won't exclude your entry from being posted but if we can't understand your message we can't use it
- keep your comments on the topic of the strip itself; we don't post comments regarding Lynn's personal life
- if you wish to address comments made by another Coffee Talk contributor, please try to keep your comment respectful and on the topic of the strip

4. Questions in need of an answer are best reserved for our Q and Eh section. If you need to ask us a business question or you need to get in touch with us for another reason please visit our Contact Us page to find the right department.

5. You don't have to share your last name if you don't want to. If you win a mug, we'll contact you to ask for your mailing address and you can give us your last name then if you wish, otherwise it's never required. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle our guests' personal information.
