Dear Lynn
I really enjoy reading your comic. I love the hybrid version as it allows me to visit a time when I was a toddler - it helps to bring back memories of my brother and I playing and learning to get along!

I also enjoyed learning more about you in your interview with CBC.

I wish you all the best as you take some time for yourself.

Hi,
I love the friendly website that you have here - and the daily strip update. I like the way the positive side of life is shown, but that's also one of the reasons that I'm not a fan of Liz & Anthony's rekindled romance. There are a lot of people who don't meet the love of their life at primary (or even secondary) school, and it was good when I thought I saw that aspect of my life reflected in the strip (discovering I was wrong doesn't precisely make be despondent about my own life, but it is certainly very much less affirming of it).

Also, of course them getting back together has meant that Therse's wariness of Liz was right all along - which I find sad. One of the trickiest things is negotiating how to be friends with the new partner of an old friend/partner - it would have been good to watch Liz & Therese overcome that hurdle.

Cheers

I started reading FBorFW when Dr Patterson dropped the frozen turkey on his foot. I have been an ardent fan since that time.

I enjoy the old strips. But what is happening with Elizabeth and Anthony? Please, please don't keep us waiting too long to find out

Sorry, Lynn, can't say I care for the new hybrid series at this time. This style just comes across as "unfinished" or "unpolished" in my opinion. However, I do think you are truely a talented cartoonist.

I'm sorry, but I don't really like the "new" comic. The new direction is fine, but the art makes me not want to read it. I loved the more simple art, now it is too busy and distracting.

Lynn, thank you for reconsidering the direction of the strip. While I would have enjoyed the vintage strips beginning circa 1979, I love the fact that you are "fading in and fading out".

Your realistic approach to life in the strip apparently mirrors millions (including my own life) and we all look forward to it like a fresh cup of coffee every day!

Lots of talk about Liz and Anthony ... my wish ... that they become one and spend the rest of their life together.
