About Brad: Brad used to be a bully at Mike's school. He's since grown up, straightened out, joined the air force for a term and when he was released became a police officer. He responded to Elly's call when she reported the theft at her store several years ago. Since then, he's been enjoying his time on the force and has married. He and his wife have two children.
