Elizabeth is the daughter of Elly and John. She was a baby when the strip began. She grew up and attended Nipissing University in North Bay, Ontario. She moved to a fictional First Nation known as Mtigwaki to teach and lived there for several years.

Eventually she returned to Milborough and married Anthony Caine.

A Random Fact About elizabeth:
When they were 12, Liz & Dawn made Halloween supper – green spaghetti with black sauce, boiled eggs, and half-set red jello.
